Hyper-Targeted Views/Interactions
A hyper-targeted ad view is a view on your ad by a person in your target audience. An example of a view could be a person watching 1 minute of your ad video or stopping and scrolling through an ad carousel of images. View statistics are pulled directly from our ad partners (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Site Visits
A site visit is when a person in your target audience is redirected to your property or brand's website or social media page, as counted by each of our advertising partners. An example of a site visit could be a person clicking “Learn More” on your image ad and being redirected to your company’s website. Site visit statistics are pulled directly from our ad partners (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Engagements
Engagements are the total number of interactions with your paid advertisement, as counted by each of our advertising partners. An example of an engagement could be a person clicking the “like” button on your ad. Engagement statistics are pulled directly from our ad partners (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Reach
Reach is the total number of people in your target audience who have seen your advertisement at least once. Reach statistics are pulled directly from our ad partners (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Target Audience Size
Target Audience Size is the total number of individuals from your target audience that meet the Minimum Audience Matching Requirements and are able to be shown ads on a given ad network. Your target audience includes any uploaded individual targeting lists, remarketing lists, and RealtyAds proprietary audience lists (unless otherwise specified). Target Audience Size is calculated using ad network audience size estimates when available. If audience size estimates are not available from the ad network, the Target Audience Size is calculated using the total number of individuals in your target audience that meet the Minimum Audience Matching Requirements.

Target Audience Reach/Broker Audience Reach
Target Audience Reach represents the total percent of individuals in your target audience who saw your ad at least once during a given month. This percent is calculated using the total Reach for a given month divided by the Target Audience Size. Your target audience includes uploaded individual targeting lists, remarketing lists, and RealtyAds proprietary audience lists. RealtyAds reports the maximum Target Audience Reach of all ad networks where your ad is currently active.



Minimum Audience Matching Requirements
Minimum Audience Matching Requirements are the minimum data fields required to accurately identify an individual in your target audience and effectively serve ads to them. In order to be accurately matched by an ad network, your audience list must contain at least one of the field combinations below. Requirements may vary by ad network:
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • First Name, Last Name, Company, City, State
  • First Name, Last Name, Company, Job Title

Spend
Spend is your total all-in expense for using the RealtyAds Platform including but not limited to advertising costs, AI data model storage costs, reputation monitoring costs, custom website hosting costs, data processing costs, server costs, as well as any other services provided by RealtyAds. This is the maximum amount you will be charged by RealtyAds, there are no additional or extra charges.


Active Pursuits
Active Pursuits is the number of Tenants the building is pursuing which were a able to be matched to a company on LinkedIn. This includes any tenant listed in the CRM at inquiry stage or beyond plus any tenant uploaded via company targeting.


Priority Pursuits
Priority Pursuits is the number of tenants who have been entered into the CRM, are currently in stages tour to lease execution, and were a able to be matched to a company on LinkedIn.


Priority Pursuit Revenue
Priority Pursuit Revenue is total potential lease value of Priority Pursuits that RealtyAds has reached from tour to lease execution. If no lease terms are available we use best estimates to calculate the potential deal value based on square footage, property type, and company size of prospective tenants.
