Position Overview: As a Sales Team Lead at RealtyAds, you will play a pivotal role in driving team growth, strengthening client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Your responsibilities will encompass team recruitment, strategic client management, sales presentations, gathering client feedback, social media engagement, performance tracking, and sales strategy development.
- Lead team expansion by recruiting sales personnel and customer experience managers.
- Manage and nurture significant client relationships to foster revenue growth.
- Conduct new sales presentations and actively participate in their delivery.
- Collect and integrate client feedback to generate ideas for new services.
- Contribute to RealtyAds’ brand development through social media involvement.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot to track sales efforts and proprietary tools for management.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of team members under your supervision.
- Collaborate on crafting an organized, scalable sales strategy for RealtyAds.
- Initiate sales processes through outbound efforts, including cold calls and prospecting emails.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales.
- Lead weekly team meetings to provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with RealtyAds engineers to brainstorm product enhancements.
- Work with other team leads to establish and implement best practices.

- Attend weekly company meetings.
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews for your team.
