Meet the Team, Matt Ebert

Matt joined RealtyAds in 2023 as Director of Account Management. In his role, he works closely with ownership groups and brokerage firms to help them reach their leasing goals through proactive targeting strategies. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Matt brings strategic expertise in onsite operations, tenant experience, and leasing. He also collaborates closely with our account management team to strategize and maximize client impact. A strong advocate for client success and operational excellence, Matt continues to drive meaningful results and support long-term partnerships at RealtyAds.

You joined RealtyAds in 2023. What motivated you to make the move?

A trusted client-turned-colleague, Matt Newville, introduced me to our SVP of Growth, Harry Quaid. After a single conversation, it was clear that RealtyAds had a bold vision, an innovative product solving real pain points, and a culture of reliability and partnership. Joining felt less like a leap and more like the logical next step to work on challenges that matter in CRE.

What past experiences in commercial real estate have helped shape your approach to client success?

I’ve worn many CRE hats— working with construction, building operations, tenant experience, leasing, and property marketing. That 360-degree view lets me efficiently understand a client’s pain points and speak the language of every stakeholder in the deal, turning complex challenges into clear, actionable, and effective plans.

What has been the most rewarding thing about being part of the team here?

Watching the light-bulb moments on the Account Management team is incredibly fulfilling. Seeing teammates hit their stride and become trusted advisors to our clients proves that the collaborative culture and growth mindset we prioritize is paying off.

What’s something people often underestimate about RealtyAds or AI in general?

 It’s easy to slap an “AI” sticker on a slide deck; turning it into tangible, everyday benefits is hard. RealtyAds’ platform quietly powers smarter budget allocation, brand management, and the best audiences in CRE, allowing customers to make data-backed decisions—proof that AI is only valuable when it moves the needle for people and organizations.

If you had to describe RealtyAds to someone outside the industry, what would you say?

Think of us as the bridge between commercial real estate and modern approaches to reaching critical CRE audiences. We use advanced data and automation to put the right property message in front of the right decision-maker in a cost-effective way—no wasted spend, just consistent, measurable impact.

Do you have any favorite restaurants or hidden gems in Chicago?

Check out Duke of Perth in Lakeview East for a lovely Scottish Pub, and the city’s best fish-and-chips & Sun Wah BBQ in Uptown is unbeatable for its whole Beijing Duck dinner.

What’s a must-do activity in Chicago?

Catch a movie at the Music Box Theatre. The beautifully restored 1929 movie theater delivers a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that reminds you why Chicago’s cultural scene is second to none.
