Mikaela Allee serves as the Director of Growth at RealtyAds, where she partners with landlords and brokers to enhance their digital presence through RealtyAds’ innovative platform. By leveraging advanced proprietary targeting and property-specific data, she ensures clients can effectively reach prospective tenants while maximizing the efficiency of marketing efforts. Mikaela’s role is dedicated to client education, platform adoption, and delivering measurable value and ROI in the competitive commercial real estate market. Before joining RealtyAds, Mikaela spent four years at Oval Room Group, a leading provider of commercial real estate visual media. At Oval Room Group, she gained deep expertise in how high-quality media and a strong digital presence attract tenants and elevate asset visibility, while also playing a key role in the company’s growth, which culminated in its acquisition by a New York based private equity firm in 2023. Mikaela holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio. She resides in the historic Mount Adams neighborhood of Cincinnati. Outside of work, Mikaela enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Chris has been with RealtyAds since its inception in 2019 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of User Experience and Design. In his current role, he drives the development of all RealtyAds branded materials, as well as creatives for the ever-growing client roster. Chris oversees a talented team of graphic designers who ensure all creative outputs are on-brand for RealtyAds and clients -- and they never miss a beat! On the weekends, you'll find Chris playing his guitar, on a patio somewhere enjoying food/drinks with his wife and dog, or (and most likely) maintaining the crispiest-edged lawn in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Maggie joined RealtyAds in 2024 as a Director of Account Management. With almost 10 years in direct client relationship management, she works closely with clients on a daily basis to provide strategic solutions to fulfill their unique leasing and brand goals. She has a background in sales and marketing, understanding the intricacies of digital campaigns, and provides tailored solutions to brokers, asset managers, and marketing teams. Maggie graduated from Monmouth College with a B.A. in Business Administration & Public Relations. She has always been passionate about helping others and serves on the Young Professionals Committee of Female Strong, a nonprofit that curates programs and initiatives to empower female youth. Outside of the office, Maggie can be found logging miles on the Chicago lakefront trail, walking her pup Tatum, or exploring Chicago's food scene.

Carter joined RealtyAds in 2022 as a Sr. Associate on the account management team and has since transitioned to an Associate Director of Account Management. A Chicago native and 2019 graduate of Columbia College Chicago, she brings over 5 years of experience managing relationships and demonstrating value through data-driven results. In her current role, she works with her clients to identify key areas to drive success through leveraging digital channels to influence leasing activity. Outside of the office, Carter can be found enjoying Chicago's newest brunch spots with her friends or exploring hiking trails and golf courses with her family in southern Utah.

Eoin Canavan joined RealtyAds in 2026 as a Growth Associate, where he specializes in assisting clients across the Tri-State area and Europe. In his role, he helps educate clients on how RealtyAds’ AI-native platform strengthens digital presence and accelerates leasing activity. Eoin brings hands-on leasing experience from early roles in the real estate industry and holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder. Originally from Denver, he now lives in New York City. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Colorado Avalanche.

Outside of the RealtyAds office, Miles enjoys beach volleyball, trying new food spots in Chicago, and relaxing with friends and family.

Greg joined RealtyAds in 2025 as a Director of Growth and brings over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Having sat on both sides of the table as an advisor/broker and principal, he has a complete understanding of the entire life-cycle of a real estate investment. Greg specializes in assisting landlords across the Northeast develop an impactful digital media marketing strategy to help drive leasing within their portfolios. Greg is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he majored in Business Administration and played on the Men’s Ice Hockey team. Outside of the office, you can find Greg spending time with his wife and daughter or enjoying a round of golf.

He brings several years of experience across commercial real estate and digital marketing, giving him a strong perspective on today’s evolving CRE landscape. Peter earned a B.A. in Economics and General Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is based in Chicago. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and hockey fan, spending much of his free time on the course or watching the Washington Capitals.

Sydney graduated from Ball State University with a B.A. in Public Relations in 2023. His efforts are focused on delivering high-quality products and solutions and driving innovation and growth within our organization, all of which directly benefit our clients. Outside of the office, James finds that cooking is a fantastic outlet for creativity and a great excuse to entertain guests.

Ryan holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, Ryan is an avid runner who enjoys training for his next marathon, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Chicago's cocktail scene with his fiancée Claire, commiserating over the latest Chicago sports disappointments, and comforting their anxiety-ridden dog, Olivia.

Charlie joined RealtyAds in 2022 and brings over a decade of experience in the real estate software industry to his role as Senior Vice President of Growth. Prior to joining RealtyAds, Charlie was one of the early employees at VTS, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth. In his current position, Charlie focuses on cultivating strategic relationships with investors, owner-operators, and brokerage clients. His expertise and dedication have been instrumental in expanding RealtyAds' presence and impact in the market. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Charlie was a member of the Tar Heels lacrosse team. He now resides in Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife, their son, Mac, and their 4-year-old silver Labrador, Moon.

Katie Mayer joined RealtyAds in 2025 as an Operations Associate, where she supports the operations team across a wide range of initiatives. Her responsibilities include updating and maintaining internal training materials, managing office orders, and coordinating internal events to foster a strong team culture. Katie graduated from Michigan State University with a dual major in Human Resources and Labor Relations, and Arts and Humanities. While at MSU, she worked for her campus government, where she led the hiring process, facilitated multi-day training programs, and played a key role in executing large-scale, campus-wide events. Prior to joining RealtyAds, Katie spent a summer as a Human Resources Intern, where she gained hands-on experience across all facets of HR, including Diversity & Inclusion, Benefits, and Recruiting. Through these roles, she discovered a passion for internal operations, process improvement, and employee engagement - interests that led her to pursue a role in operations. Outside of work, Katie enjoys running, spending time with friends, and cooking. She recently relocated from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Chicago and has loved exploring the city.

Her prior four years of account management experience at RealtyAds has propelled her understanding of both the internal and external facets of the business, helping her identify areas of improvement. Anna graduated from the University of Iowa with a focus in Entrepreneurial Management & Communications. Outside of work, Anna can be found trying out one of Chicago's patios, traveling, reading, or going on adventures with her 1-year-old Dachshund.

Varun joined RealtyAds in 2023 as the Vice President of Finance & Strategy and has since transitioned into his current role as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations. He leads the Company's finance, strategy, and operations functions and works closely across departments to identify opportunities to enhance RealtyAds' value proposition for all users. Before RealtyAds, Varun was a private equity investor at Capstreet, focusing on enterprise software businesses primarily in the PropTech space. Varun began his career in investment banking at Lazard and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Financial Economics and Corporate Strategy. Outside of the office, Varun enjoys traveling to off the beaten path destinations, uncovering hidden food gems, and catching any competitive basketball game that's on.

Since then, Krista has been promoted to her current role as our A/R & Operations specialist, where she continues to Excel, in more than just spreadsheets. Her journey reflects a commitment to being a “lifelong student” and serving others with compassion and inclusivity. Beyond the office walls, Krista appreciates leisurely moments as an essential part of her well-rounded lifestyle. Whether tackling her latest DIY project, cuddling up with her beloved cats, nurturing her garden, or diving into a challenging puzzle, Krista embodies a zest for life that would make any grandmother proud.

Harry joined RealtyAds in 2019 as one of the pioneering members of the team and currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Growth, where he collaborates with some of the largest landlords and brokers across the globe to help enhance their digital presence. Before his tenure at RealtyAds, Harry spent five years as part of Cushman & Wakefield's Office Tenant Representation Group, where he negotiated over one million square feet of office, lab, and industrial leases nationwide. Through these experiences, Harry gained a deep understanding of the intricacies of the commercial real estate landscape and has established himself as a trusted source within the industry for his clients. Harry graduated with a B.A. in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Missouri and currently lives in Chicago's vibrant River North neighborhood. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, catching a live concert at one of Chicago's many venues, hitting the links when the weather permits, and visiting Wrigley Field to watch the Cubs hunt for another championship.

Austin joined RealtyAds in 2021 and currently serves as an Assistant Vice President of Growth. In his role, he is primarily responsible for overseeing growth of the West Region and advises large, strategic accounts across the globe on the implementation of a digital first leasing strategy. As a former office tenant rep broker at Avision Young, Austin understands the gaps and challenges in the existing leasing playbook in the CRE market. He graduated from Bucknell University with a major in Economics. When not in the office, you can find Austin running on the Lake Shore Trail, trying Italian restaurants throughout the city, or spending time at his most sacred place, the golf course.
