Position Overview: As a Client Experience team member at RealtyAds, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our solutions. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding different customer personas and objectives, and effectively communicating how our technology can provide tailored solutions to address those needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and excellent interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients in the real estate industry, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, support, and account-related matters.
  • Understand each clients’ unique business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and propose customized technology solutions that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients, effectively articulating the value proposition and Return on Investment (ROI) of each offering.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting, with a focus on expanding our client base within the real estate sector.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our technology’s capabilities and benefits to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations that contribute to the enhancement of our products and services.
  • Learn and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of successful sales and account management in the technology, real estate, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and familiarity with prop-tech solutions is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technological concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
